On the news front, on July 15th, Kangnaoya's TSLP/IL-13 dual anti-CM512 is set to be included in breakthrough therapy for the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps. Currently, the II phase clinical study of CM512 for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps has completed patient enrollment, and research is also ongoing for multiple indications such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic spontaneous urticaria, with broad coverage. The inclusion of this breakthrough therapy is expected to accelerate the review and approval process for CM512, shortening the time to market.
Huayuan Securities pointed out that Kangnaoya will have multiple pipeline key data and declaration milestones in the second half of the year: CMG901 is expected to disclose key data for advanced gastric cancer, and simultaneously advance FDA submission; CM512 is expected to read out CRSwNPII phase data; CM336 is planning to submit a domestic marketing application (BLA); and sipuleucel-T may continue to benefit from medical insurance dividends.
