TIANJUDIHE (02479) announced that on July 14, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Juhe Tianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Juhe Tianqing), has entered into an engineering general contracting agreement with contractors (Lianchuang Times (Suzhou) Design Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Fifth Construction Group Co., Ltd.) for a project. According to this agreement, the contractors agree to undertake the design, procurement, and construction of Suzhou Juhe Tianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s public security model and Siasun Robot & Automation production headquarters, with a total contract value of 102 million yuan. The project involves the construction of Suzhou Juhe Tianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s public security model and Siasun Robot & Automation production headquarters, located on the south side of Tian'e River Road and the west side of Tayun Road in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, China. The group has obtained the right to use state-owned construction land for this project. The total construction area of the project is approximately 28,351.3 square meters. The group primarily engages in providing API data circulation services and data management solutions. The directors believe that entering into the engineering general contracting agreement and undertaking this project will be beneficial for realizing the company's future operational strategy, improving production efficiency and capacity, and meeting the business development needs of the group.
