CARRY WEALTH (00643) announced that on July 14, 2026, the company entered into a placement agreement with the placing agent, who has agreed to use their best efforts to represent the company to place up to 179.97 million new shares to independent placees at a price of HK$ 0.1650 per share. The maximum number of placement shares is 179.97 million shares, equivalent to approximately 20.00% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the announcement date, and approximately 16.67% of the total issued share capital of the company after the placement. The net proceeds from the placement, estimated to be approximately HK$ 29 million (assuming full placement of the placement shares and after deducting all relevant expenses), will be used for expanding subcontracting network and capacity; establishing a joint venture on the "AIPHACAS" platform; and for general working capital.
