The Langham International Group (08026) announced that on June 29, 2026, through its subsidiary Langham International Holdings Limited, it signed a Subscription Agreement with Yuegangwan Wise Calculation Technology Limited (registered in the Cayman Islands and listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange, 01396, referred to as "Yue Gangwan Wise Calculation" or "Target Company") to participate in the new share placement of the Target Company through the Langham International Enhanced Yield Limited Partnership Fund (referred to as "the Fund").
CB GLOBAL (08026) announced that on June 29, 2026, the group, through its subsidiary Langhua International Holdings Limited, managed the "Langhua International Enhanced Yield Limited Partnership Fund" (referred to as "the Fund") signed a "Subscription Agreement" with GBA AI COMP Technology Limited (registered in the Cayman Islands and listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, 01396, referred to as "GBA AI COMP" or "the Target Company") to participate in the new share issuance of the target company. GBA AI COMP is a leading artificial intelligence (AI) computing power infrastructure service provider in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Recently, Hang Seng Index Company has reclassified its industry as "Information Technology - Internet Services and Infrastructure." The main business of the group focuses on supply chain services and industrial park operations, with stable cash flow and physical properties/park bases. The board believes that this investment in GBA AI COMP signifies the group's formal entry into the AI computing power service investment field and is a key step towards the positioning as an "AI computing power property service provider", with potential for medium-term investment returns for the group. In addition, in the future, the group can leverage its own park resources to serve AI computing power companies and strengthen its connection to the AI infrastructure ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area.
