CHINA STATE CON (03311) announced that on July 14, 2026, Putian Haiyue (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and China Construction Jiawei entered into a joint bidding agreement. Under this agreement, Putian Haiyue and China Construction Jiawei agreed to jointly bid for the land parcel (located in Fuzhou, China) with a ratio of 80% and 20% respectively. The Board of Directors believes that the location and designated use of the land parcel align with the Company's investment and development direction. Through cooperation with all parties, it is advantageous to leverage each other's strengths to carry out the investment and construction of the land parcel, reduce investment risks, and create better returns for shareholders.
