Minieye (02431) announced that the group has recently signed a "Unmanned Logistics Comprehensive Operation Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Beijing Kuaijua Anyun Technology Co., Ltd. (Didi Delivery). The two parties will integrate the resources of the citywide freight platform and the group's L4 unmanned logistics autonomous driving technology and vehicle mass production capability to establish a long-term strategic cooperation relationship, jointly promote the commercialization and scale landing of unmanned delivery in urban areas. Based on the mature industry model of "freight platform one-stop service + L4 level unmanned delivery vehicle" cooperation, the two parties will adhere to the principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, long-term cooperation, and common development. They will combine the group's unmanned logistics vehicle autonomous driving technology and mass production delivery capability with Didi Delivery's citywide freight one-stop service capability to establish a long-term cooperation relationship, jointly promote the commercialization and scale landing of urban terminal unmanned logistics delivery, and create an efficient, safe, and smart citywide unmanned delivery service system. The core arrangements of this cooperation are as follows: 1. The group will provide compliant mass-produced L4 level unmanned logistics vehicles and a complete set of autonomous driving software systems to the cooperation project as the technology and capacity provider. They will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicles meet national intelligent connected vehicle standards and local demonstration operation access requirements, providing whole-cycle technical support such as whole vehicle warranty, routine OTA upgrades, offline operation maintenance, and remote safety officer takeover, and continuously iteratively adapting autonomous driving algorithms for complex road, park, and supermarket scenarios. 2. Didi Delivery will rely on its own citywide freight one-stop service capability and mature intelligent dispatch system, open App and mini-program order entrances, realize one-click ordering, intelligent dispatch, performance tracking, user notification, and settlement for unmanned delivery orders, and continuously import stable terminal delivery orders to enhance overall delivery performance efficiency through a human-machine hybrid deployment model. 3. The two parties will jointly provide a one-stop unmanned delivery solution to commercial customers in Foshan, packaging and outputting an "integrated unmanned delivery solution" to establish a replicable and scalable logistics cost reduction and efficiency enhancement benchmark. In the future, the two parties will also explore the landing of unmanned delivery services in other cities based on the development pace. The high complementary resources and capabilities of the two parties lay a strong foundation for coordinated implementation.
