Taste of Greater China Group (08371) announced that the group has signed a new leasing agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary to open a new Jin Long Teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong.

The new lease agreement is still pending landlord approval. The landlord is a major property developer and top shopping mall operator in Hong Kong.
The new restaurant, Jin Long Teppanyaki Restaurant, will be located in Cityplaza, Tai Koo, Hong Kong. The restaurant will be situated at Shop G1014 and G1015 on the Starlight Terrace. It is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2026. This will be the group's fourth Jin Long Teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong.
The restaurant is located near Cityplaza, which is one of Hong Kong's largest shopping malls with an area of approximately 1.11 million square feet. Cityplaza is conveniently located near Tai Koo MTR station and offers a variety of shops and restaurants, including a unique lifestyle cinema, an indoor ice skating rink, and over 800 indoor parking spaces.
