Due to organizational arrangements for work adjustments, Mr. Han Yaodong has applied to resign from the positions of chairman of the board of directors, legal representative, non-executive director, chairman of the board's strategic committee, member of the board's nomination committee, and member of the board's audit committee. After leaving office, Mr. Han Yaodong will not hold any position in the company or its holding subsidiaries.
