China Ocean Development (08047) announced that Mr. Lin Zhiming (Mr. Lin) has resigned as the authorized representative (Listing Rules Authorized Representative) in accordance with Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from July 10, 2026, due to other business arrangements.
CHINA OCEAN GP (08047) announced that Mr. Lam Chi Ming (Mr. Lam) has resigned as the authorized representative (Listing Rules Authorized Representative) in accordance with Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with effect from July 10, 2026, due to other business arrangements.
The Board further announced that Mr. Yuen Wai Keung (Mr. Yuen) has been appointed as the Co-Company Secretary (Co-Company Secretary) and the Listing Rules Authorized Representative, with effect from July 10, 2026. The current Company Secretary, Mr. Lam, will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary.
