CHIHO ENV(00976): Chen Zhaohong has been appointed as the Company Secretary.

CHIHO ENV (00976) announced that Mr. YIN Junye (Mr. YIN) has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the company and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) and as the authorized representative of the company in Hong Kong to accept legal process documents or notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively referred to as authorized representatives) with effect from July 10, 2026. After his resignation, Mr. YIN will no longer hold any position within the group. Following Mr. YIN's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr. CHEN Zhaohong (Mr. CHEN) has been appointed as Company Secretary and authorized representative with effect from July 10, 2026.
