Lai Tian Entertainment (09958) announced that Mr. Yuan Li resigned as executive director and chairman of the board of directors effective from July 10, 2026; Ms. Tian Tian resigned as executive director and authorized representative of the company; Mr. Xie Taoquan was reappointed as executive director and chairman of the board of directors from independent non-executive director, and was also appointed as the authorized representative of the company, no longer serving as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit committee; Mr. Liang Jie has been appointed as independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee.
