Hangtian Tiancheng (02726) announced that the company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 10, 2026 to implement full circulation of H shares, converting 298,038,648 unlisted shares of the company, equivalent to approximately 70.03% of the total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, into overseas listed shares (H shares) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will also apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval of the listing and trading of these H shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
