On July 10, Lianya Pharmaceuticals and Tongzhe Kangwei's IPO review status was changed to "submitted for registration" on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
On July 10th, companies such as Lianya Pharmaceutical and Tongze Kangwei had their IPO review status changed to "registration submitted" on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Lianya Pharmaceutical's sponsoring institution is CICC, and they plan to raise 950 million yuan. The prospectus shows that Lianya Pharmaceutical is a research-driven high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in the research, production, and sales of complex pharmaceutical formulations. The company's current products include various types of sustained-release formulations and two categories of high-end generic drugs represented by low-dose drug formulations, mainly used in areas such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, schizophrenia, female contraception, and health; the company also provides services such as CRO to pharmaceutical companies and research institutions with its leading drug design capabilities and formulation technology. During the reporting period, the company mainly sells products to the US market, with multiple products having a leading market share in the US market. Tongze Kangwei's sponsoring institution is China Securities Co., Ltd., and they plan to raise 1.38111 billion yuan. The prospectus shows that Tongze Kangwei is mainly engaged in the design, research, production, and sales of independent series of broadband connection terminal equipment, directly serving global telecommunications operators and actively expanding applications for vertical industry customers. According to the global 5G FWA CPE supplier competitiveness ranking released by ABI Research in January 2025, Tongze Kangwei ranks seventh globally, being the only broadband connection terminal equipment manufacturer from mainland China to enter the top ten global competitiveness ranking other than ZTE Corporation and Huawei (the rest are European and American enterprises or Taiwanese enterprises).
