Lianyang Intelligent Holdings Limited (01561) announced that Mr. Mai Tiansheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the board, chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee. Mr. Su Qingdong, an independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee, effective from July 10, 2026.
