Hui Tao Group (08238) announced that the preconditions of the subscription agreement have been met, and the convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$3.5 million were issued on July 10, 2026. Based on the initial conversion price of HK$0.2 per share, the convertible bonds can be converted into 17,418,240 shares, equivalent to approximately (i) 5% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement; and (ii) approximately 4.76% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the issuance of the convertible shares.
