On July 10th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a "Notice on the Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing of SHEIN Global Holdings Limited".
On July 10th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission International Cooperation Bureau released the "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing for SHEIN Global Holdings Limited." The company has received the filing materials for overseas issuance and listing submitted by its domestic operating entity Guangzhou SHEIN International Import and Export Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 341,613,000 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Earlier reports stated that, according to public information, the company's IPO intends to raise billions of dollars, with the final amount depending on valuation, with the current target valuation approximately $40 billion.
