I.CENTURY HLDG (08507) announced that as of 4:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 (the deadline for acceptance and payment of share subscription), a total of 384 million shares of subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 95.95% of the total number of shares offered under the subscription) have been received in total of 18 valid acceptances. Based on the results of the above valid acceptances and applications, the total number of unsubscribed shares involved in the compensation arrangement should be 16.2137 million shares of subscription shares. The Company has made compensation arrangements in accordance with Rule 10.31(1)(b) of the GEM Listing Rules by entering into a placement agreement with the placement agent. The Company is conditionally appointing the placement agent, and the placement agent is conditionally agreeing to act as the Company's placement agent, to use their best efforts to encourage subscribers to subscribe for the unsubscribed subscription shares in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
