HKEX (00388) appointed new members to the Listing Committee and Listing Review Committee.

On July 10, HKEX (00388) announced the appointment arrangements for new members of the Listing Committee and the Listing Review Committee, which took effect immediately. The committee members will continue to provide professional advice on listing matters, supporting the stable development of the Hong Kong capital market. This year, the Listing Nomination Committee consists of three HKEX non-executive directors (Chairman Calvin Tai, Director Benjamin Hung, and Director Guo Pei Fang), as well as the Chairman, CEO, and one executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (Chairman Tim Lui, CEO Ashley Alder, and Executive Director Brian Ho). The Listing Committee has eight new members, including Shi Yuanzhi, Liu Fuqiang, Chen Jie, Wang Ting, Cai Zhonghui, Bai Sijia, Liang Sijie, and Liu Kecheng. Fong Hiu Ming, Yip King Wa, Daniel Lee, Lau Kwok Yin, Tsoi Po, Kwok Yin Sen, Terence Keyes, and Zhu Wen Wen have retired from the Listing Committee. HKEX thanks the retiring members for their service on the Listing Committee. Calvin Tai continues to serve as Chairman of the Listing Committee. Lee Pei Keung continues to serve as Vice Chairman. Cheng Kin Lung and Chow Ki Yan have been appointed as Vice Chairmen. The Listing Review Committee has eight new members, including Matthew Emsley, Lai Chi Sing, Liu Zhiqiang, Zhou Guomin, Long Zhenguo, Chen Juezhong, Yuan Aiping, and Lu Yan. Christopher Chee, Leung Heung Ying, Lam Chor Lai, Yeung Yik Chi, Chow Yee Ching, Mark Schwille, Bai Sijia, Lau Kwok Cheng, and Liang Sijie have retired from the Listing Review Committee. HKEX thanks the retiring members for their service on the Listing Review Committee. Lau Pak Wai, Wai On Chi, and Yu Ka Po continue to serve as members of the Chairmen's Committee of the Listing Review Committee.
