Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601) announced that on July 9, 2026, the company, as the buyer, entered into a purchase agreement II with the supplier (Nuohao Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.) and the lessee (Shanxi Nuohao Construction Co., Ltd.), whereby the company purchased leased assets III from the supplier for a purchase price of RMB 19.5 million; and the company, as the lessor, entered into a finance lease agreement III with the lessee, whereby the company leased leased assets III to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 16.54 million. Leased assets III are hybrid wide-body dump trucks.
