Aston (02715) announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company Articles of Association, the company held the sixth employee representative director election at a staff representative meeting on July 9, 2026. Through democratic elections by the representatives in attendance, it was unanimously agreed to elect Zhou Ailin as the employee representative director of the company's sixth board of directors. Zhou Ailin will join the eight non-employee representative directors elected at the company's first shareholders' meeting in 2026 to form the company's sixth board of directors, with a term of office consistent with the non-employee representative directors elected by the shareholders' meeting.
