China Health Technology Group (01069) announced that the board of directors has decided to replace the company's Company Secretary position, with Mr. Chen Yifen being replaced by Mr. Zhou Runzhang, effective from July 9, 2026. Following the change in Company Secretary, Mr. Chen Yifen will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from July 9, 2026; and Mr. Zhou Runzhang has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from July 9, 2026.
