Spack Technology's IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange has been accepted. The main source of revenue for the company comes from the sales of its core product "Skylight" 3D scientific computer.

On July 7, Shanghai Silang Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Silang Technology) submitted its application for listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market. Guotai Haitong is the sponsor institution, and the company plans to raise 4.426 billion yuan.
The prospectus shows that Silang Technology is committed to the development of chip research and industrial application based on its independently controllable high-performance core architecture - MaPU. It aims to provide hardware and software products and solutions based on self-developed chips, catering to the increasing data scale and complex computing load demands. Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the development concept of "consolidating the national computing power base with technological innovation, and leading scientific computing revolution with innovative architectures", continuously focusing on the technical innovation and engineering implementation of the MaPU architecture. With 100% independent intellectual property rights, the company has achieved fundamental breakthroughs in key areas such as instruction set architecture and chip core, balancing high performance and general programmability, and successfully built an independently controllable hardware system and software ecosystem for scientific computing, advanced communications, and other fields.

Silang Technology is one of the leading enterprises in the domestic scientific computing industry, with its core product "Tianqiong" 3D scientific computer performance on par with the international leading American Anton2. With a cumulative output of molecular dynamics simulation exceeding 10,000 microseconds, the company has a leading market position and technological strength in the domestic scientific computing industry. According to data from the China Information and Communication Academy, "Tianqiong" is the only product in China with the daily calculation capability of microsecond-level molecular dynamics simulation of million-atom-level systems, and has been rated CP-S5 and CE-S5 in computing power and efficiency evaluations.
Silang Technology is one of the very few semiconductor companies in the world that have achieved comprehensive ecological development around scientific intelligence, from computing architecture, chips, complete machines, industrial simulation software to high-quality data sets, and is a demonstrative promoter of the AI4S ecological development. The company's "Tianqiong" scientific computer products have been delivered and commercially operated at the Changjiang Scientific Computing Center, and have also reached agreements for construction in Shanghai, Chengdu, and other places. During the same period, the net profit is expected to be approximately -319 million yuan, -300 million yuan, -406 million yuan, and -283 million yuan respectively.
In the prospectus, it is mentioned that during the reporting period, the company's main operating income is largely derived from the sales of its core product "Tianqiong" 3D scientific computer. The sales revenue for each period was approximately 249 million yuan, 401 million yuan, 660 million yuan, and 132 million yuan, accounting for 99.34%, 94.61%, 98.16%, and 96.22% of the total operating income respectively, indicating a highly concentrated product structure.
