GF SEC (01776) announced that, according to the "Announcement on the Public Offering of Corporate Bonds (Sixth Tranche) by GF SEC Limited to Professional Investors in 2026", GF SEC Limited plans to issue a total of no more than 6 billion yuan (including) of corporate bonds to professional investors in 2026 (referred to as "this bond issue"). The issuance price is 100 yuan per bond, and they will be issued through offline inquiry and allocation to professional institutional investors.
The issuance period for this bond is from July 8, 2026 to July 9, 2026. The first category has a term of 3 years, final issuance size of 3.13 billion yuan, final face value interest rate of 1.67%, and a subscription multiple of 2.45 times. The second category has a term of 5 years, final issuance size of 1.8 billion yuan, final face value interest rate of 1.79%, and a subscription multiple of 2.26 times. The funds raised from this bond issue will be used to repay the company's bonds "24 GF12" and "24 GF01".
