China Hongkong Photo (01123) announced that the board of directors intends to nominate Mr. Zhou Zhaoxi as a candidate for independent non-executive director at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders in accordance with Article 113 of the Company's Articles of Association. If Mr. Zhou Zhaoxi is elected, the board also recommends appointing him as a member of the company's audit committee. The appointment of Mr. Zhou Zhaoxi as an independent non-executive director will take effect after deliberation and approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
