(hereinafter referred to as Harbin Sayyas Windows or the company), Bian Shuping, signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" and an accompanying memorandum with Shenzhen Jinhao Haokun Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. the above agreement stipulates matters such as the transfer of company shares and transfer of control rights, which constitute significant events.
