Yi Lighting (08222) announced that on July 8, 2026, Silver Living Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) as a tenant and Huang Bosun Limited (the landlord) have agreed on the terms of the lease agreement to lease the retail shop for the retail business of the group. The property is located at G/F, 625 Shanghai Street, Kowloon. The total payable consideration is not less than HK$1.36 million, which includes the total amount of basic rent per month within the three-year lease term (excluding differential wages, air conditioning and management fees, promotion expenses, and other expenses).
