361 DEGREES (01361) announced that in order to optimize the qualifications and structure of the company's audit committee members, the board of directors has invited Ferheen Mahomed, an independent non-executive director with a strong legal background, to serve as a member of the audit committee. However, she expressed that she does not have the time and capacity to take on additional responsibilities. Therefore, Ferheen Mahomed has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director, and will no longer serve as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from July 8, 2026. Following Ferheen Mahomed's resignation, the board of directors has appointed Chen Yifang as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, effective from July 8, 2026. She has a good legal background and extensive experience in corporate and financial matters. She has also been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective from the same date.
