Xingqi Eyecare (300573.SZ) announced that the company's research and development of SQ-22031 eye drops has today received the clinical research report of the "Evaluation of SQ-22031 eye drops in the treatment of patients with neurotrophic keratitis (NK) in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-controlled Phase II clinical trial".
Shenyang Xingqi Pharmaceutical (300573.SZ) announced that its research and development of SQ-22031 eye drops obtained the clinical research report for the "randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-controlled Phase II clinical trial evaluating the treatment of neurotrophic keratitis (NK) patients with SQ-22031 eye drops".
This trial evaluated the effectiveness and safety of different doses of SQ-22031 eye drops in treating neurotrophic keratitis (NK) in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-controlled Phase II clinical trial. The results of the trial showed that the high-dose group of SQ-22031 eye drops demonstrated superior efficacy and good safety, supporting the high-dose group as the dose for Phase III clinical trials. Further confirmatory clinical trials will be conducted to verify its effectiveness and safety.
