The Hong Kong Lands Department announced today (July 7) that seven residential projects with a total of 2419 residential units have been granted pre-sale consent letters in the second quarter of 2026. The Lands Department also granted two consent letters for the assignment of two phased development projects located in Lantau Island and Chai Wan, involving a total of 912 residential units.
As of June 30, 2026, there are a total of 28 pending applications for pre-sale consent letters for residential projects, involving 11,995 units.
In addition, the department is currently processing four applications for consent letters involving a total of 1552 residential units and two non-residential units, while there are two pending applications for non-residential projects awaiting approval.
