There were no outstanding forward foreign exchange contracts at the end of June 2026 (compared to $300 million at the end of May 2026). The total foreign exchange reserves of $445.9 billion is equivalent to more than five times the circulating currency in Hong Kong, or approximately 38% of the Hong Kong dollar money supply M3.
