Hong Kong Futures Exchange: Suspension of Tullett Prebon's connectivity rights with HKATS electronic trading system.
The company is not allowed to trade on the facilities of Hong Kong Futures Exchange or through the facilities of Hong Kong Futures Exchange, and the right to connect with the HKATS electronic trading system of Hong Kong Futures Exchange has also been suspended as of the morning of July 6, 2026.
On July 6th, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that Tullett Prebon (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company") has terminated its settlement agreement with its comprehensive settlement participant and failed to enter into a new settlement agreement with another comprehensive settlement participant. Therefore, according to Rule 530(b) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Company is not allowed to trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange facilities or through the facilities of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the right to connect to the HKATS electronic trading system of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been temporarily suspended as of the morning session on July 6, 2026.
