China Fuhu (01763) announced that on July 3, 2026, the company entered into a "Shareholders Agreement" with CNNC Nuclear Science and Technology, establishing a joint venture company, CNNC Fuhu. According to the "Shareholders Agreement," the registered capital of CNNC Fuhu is RMB 10 million, of which the company will contribute RMB 6 million in cash and CNNC Nuclear Science and Technology will contribute RMB 4 million in cash. After the establishment of CNNC Fuhu, the company and CNNC Nuclear Science and Technology will respectively hold 60% and 40% of the shares of CNNC Fuhu, making CNNC Fuhu a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
