Weichai Power (02338) issued an announcement to improve the efficiency of fund utilization and increase fund income. Without affecting the normal operation of the company, the company will use idle own funds to carry out entrusted wealth management business, which is beneficial for increasing the company's cash asset income and creating greater benefits for the company and shareholders. The investment amount is not more than RMB 8 billion, and this amount will be used in a cyclical manner within 12 months after the expiration date of the amount approved by the company's previous board of directors (July 4, 2026).
