RUIFENG POWER (02025) announced that Ruifeng Technology Co., Ltd. (Ruifeng) in Hebei Province and Hui Zhi Guoke Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing (Beijing Hui Zhi, collectively referred to as "both parties") have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement. One of the agreements is that both parties agree to carry out strategic cooperation in the manufacturing and global sales of Siasun Robot & Automation for intelligent underwater cleaning and inspection. The Group has recently officially begun trial production of 4 ship cleaning Siasun Robot & Automation designed by Beijing Hui Zhi, and is expected to deliver them to customers in August 2026, followed by acceptance work. Once the acceptance is complete, the above-mentioned Siasun Robot & Automation products will officially enter the commercial operation and sales phase. This cooperation combines the Group's technological advantages in intelligent manufacturing with Beijing Hui Zhi's industry resource advantages in the underwater Siasun Robot & Automation field, aiming to jointly create an efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly new generation ship cleaning solution. The Siasun Robot & Automation product utilizes smart navigation, precision operation, and remote control technology, with a preliminary design cleaning efficiency greater than 1000 square meters per hour, navigation accuracy of +/-5 centimeters, defect detection rate of approximately 92%, and maximum operating depth reaching 300 meters. This design can enhance the efficiency of ship hull cleaning, reduce manual work risks, and minimize impact on the marine environment. The preliminary design specifications are based on the design parameters and internal technical data provided by Beijing Hui Zhi, and further testing and customer acceptance are still required. The actual performance may vary due to operating conditions, ship types, underwater environment, and other factors. As the global shipping industry continues to emphasize energy savings, emission reduction, and operational efficiency, the ship cleaning market is experiencing rapid growth.
