Weichai Power (02338): Liu Yi nominated as executive director

Weichai Power (02338) announced that Mr. Yuan Hongming has resigned as an executive director of the company and a member of the Strategic Development and Investment Committee (SDIC) due to reaching the statutory retirement age, effective from July 3, 2026. Mr. Yuan Hongming will no longer hold any position in the group after his resignation. The Board further announced that Mr. Liu Yi has been nominated as an executive director, effective from the date of approval at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, until the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year ending December 31, 2026 (i.e., the end of the current term of the Board of Directors).
