China National Nuclear Corporation (02302) announced that the group has satisfied all the conditions precedent in the general bank credit agreement signed on June 24, 2026 by its direct wholly-owned subsidiary, China National Nuclear Corporation International Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower"), with a bank institution (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"), for the purpose of purchasing natural uranium products or other bank acceptable products, up to an amount not exceeding USD 30 million (the "Loan"). The Loan is an uncommitted loan, and the Bank may cancel the available commitment at any time. The Loan shall be subject to review by the Bank within 12 months from the date of disbursement of the Loan or any earlier date that the Bank deems appropriate. Each withdrawal must be repaid within 180 days.
CNNC INT'L (02302) announced that the group has met all the preconditions in the general bank credit agreement signed by its direct wholly-owned subsidiary, CNNC INT'L Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "borrower"), with a bank institution (hereinafter referred to as the "bank") on June 24, 2026, for the purchase of natural uranium products or other acceptable products from the bank, up to a maximum of 30 million US dollars (the loan). The loan is a non-committed loan, and the bank reserves the right to cancel the available commitment at any time. The loan must be reviewed by the bank either 12 months from the date of issuance or at an earlier time deemed appropriate by the bank. Each withdrawal must be repaid within 180 days.
