Anhui Conch Cement (00914) announced that on July 3, 2026, the company's board of directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Fan Zhan, an employee director of the company, due to personal work changes and other business developments. Mr. Fan requested to resign from his position as an employee director of the company.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chinese Company Law and the company's Articles of Association, Mr. Fan's resignation as an employee director is effective from the date the resignation report was received by the board of directors (July 3, 2026). After his resignation, Mr. Fan will no longer hold any position in the group, nor will he have any role within the group.
Following Mr. Fan's resignation as an employee director, Mr. Weng Changyi was elected and appointed by the company's employees as a director of the tenth board of directors on July 3, 2026. His term of office is effective from July 3, 2026 until the expiry of the tenth board of directors (estimated to be May 30, 2028).
