ABC MULTIACTIVE (08131) announced that following the special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 28th May 2026 to change the company name, the Director of Companies Registry in Bermuda issued a certificate on 29th May 2026 confirming that the English name of the company has been changed from "abc Multiactive Limited" to "Novatech Intelligence Limited". The Director of Companies Registry in Hong Kong also issued a certificate on 23rd June 2026, confirming that the company has changed its name in accordance with the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and is now registered in Hong Kong as "Novatech Intelligence Limited", replacing its previous name "abc Multiactive Limited". The proposed change of Chinese name will be effective from 23rd June 2026, and the Chinese name "" will replace "ABC MULTIACTIVE" for identification purposes. The English stock short name for the company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "ABC MULTIACTIVE" to "NOVATECH INTEL", and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "ABC MULTIACTIVE" to "" on the morning of 10th July 2026. The stock code for the company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "8131".
