OT-502 (DEXYCU, Visionary, Dexamethasone Suspension for Intraocular Injection) is a single dose sustained release suspension of dexamethasone (a corticosteroid) used for the treatment of postoperative ocular inflammation. So far, OT-502 is the first and only single dose sustained release intraocular corticosteroid approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of postoperative inflammation.
