ZHEJIANGEXPRESS(00576): Baker Wei resigns as an independent non-executive director.
Zhejiang Hu Hang Yong (00576) announced that Mr. Becker Wei and Ms. Li Weicheng have respectively resigned from their positions as independent non-executive directors of the company. After their resignation as independent non-executive directors takes effect, Mr. Becker will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the nomination committee, and the chairman of the remuneration committee; and Ms. Li will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the remuneration committee.
ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576) announced that Mr. Bak Wei and Ms. Li Wei-Cheng have individually resigned from their positions as independent non-executive directors of the company. Upon their resignation as independent non-executive directors, Mr. Bak will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee, and the chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and Ms. Li will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
