CONANT OPTICAL (02276) announces that on June 25, 2025, the company subscribed to financial products provided by Huatai International, namely Huatai International Financial Products and Citigroup Financial Products. On January 30, 2026 and July 2, 2026, the company redeemed financial products from Huatai International amounting to $10 million and $20 million respectively. The unrevised accrued interest income from the redemption amounted to approximately $652,000. As of the date of this announcement, in addition to the above, the total amount of unredeemed financial products subscribed to from Huatai International is $15 million. Furthermore, the company plans to use the proceeds of $20 million from the redemption for subscribing to new low-risk financial products, with the maximum applicable percentage being less than 5%.
