INKEVERSE (03700) has completed the issuance of a total of 192 million subscribed shares, raising approximately HK$164 million.
Ying Universe (03700) announced that, as all preconditions under the subscription agreements have been met, the completion of the six subscription agreements was implemented on July 2, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant subscription agreements.

As a result, the company issued a total of 192 million subscription shares, representing (1) approximately 9.94% of the company's issued share capital immediately before partial completion; and (2) approximately 9.04% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance of subscription shares.
After deducting relevant expenses, the net proceeds from the partial completion amounted to approximately HK$164 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds for the acquisition of high-performance GPUs to establish and expand the group's GPU computing infrastructure, as well as for general working capital of the group's GPU computing infrastructure and related expenses of the group's overseas team.
