VITASOY INT'L (00345) announced that on July 2, 2026 (grant date), the company respectively granted share options (share options) and/or performance share units (performance share units) to several eligible participants (collectively referred to as "grantees") in accordance with the Company's share option plan adopted on August 30, 2022 and revised on August 28, 2023 (2022 share option plan), as well as the Company's share award plan adopted on March 22, 2021 and revised on August 28, 2023 and November 25, 2025 (2021 share award plan), subject to acceptance by the grantees.
