Hao Tian International Construction Investment (01341) announcement published, the Board of Directors of the company hereby notifies the company's shareholders that the company will not be able to publish the annual performance for the year 2026 by June 30, 2026 or earlier in accordance with Rules 13.49(1) and (2) of the Listing Rules. This is because the company needs additional time to collect and organize the necessary information (including but not limited to the valuation of certain financial assets, associated companies, and prepayments) for the auditors to complete the audit of the annual performance for the year 2026.
