CDB LEASING (01606) announces that as the buyer, the company entered into a product procurement agreement with seller Henan Yuxin Information Industry Co., Ltd. on July 1, 2026. The seller agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase, the procurement subject at a total price not exceeding 4 billion yuan. It is reported that the procurement subject refers to the information technology computer equipment under the product procurement agreement, mainly used for tasks requiring high-performance computing such as large-scale data processing and cloud computing. The product procurement agreement is entered into by the company in the normal course of business. Entering into the product procurement agreement is beneficial for fully leveraging the strengths of all parties and increasing the company's market share in the computer equipment leasing market, in line with the company's business development strategy.
