KEEP(03650): Wong Pui Kiu appointed as joint company secretary and legal process agent
KEEP (03650) announces that Ms. Lai Siu Kuen (Ms. Lai) has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company due to work arrangements. Pursuant to Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and in accordance with Rule 19.05(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules), Ms. Lai will cease to act as the agent for accepting service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, effective from July 1, 2026.
Announcement: Ms. Li Shaobin (Ms. Li) has resigned from her position as joint company secretary of the Company due to work arrangements. This resignation is effective from July 1, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Board further announces that following Ms. Li's resignation, Ms. Wong Peiqiao (Ms. Wong) has been appointed as joint company secretary and legal process agent of the Company, effective from July 1, 2026.
Following the above changes, Mr. Xu Cexian (Mr. Xu) will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
