Alphabet Inc. Class C (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US) announced its latest two artificial intelligence (AI) models on Tuesday: Nano Banana 2 Lite and Gemini Omni Flash AI. Alphabet Inc. Class C stated that Nano Banana 2 Lite is the company's most cost-effective Gemini Image model, while Gemini Omni Flash is optimized for high-quality video generation and conversational editing. The tech giant said in a statement, "With these two models, developers can build comprehensive end-to-end multimedia experiences, seamlessly connecting fast image generation with video creation and editing. Whether your workflow requires generating thousands of images or editing multiple video clips, you now have two new models available to you to build faster, smoother transitions, and turn your creative ideas into reality." Nano Banana 2 Lite can convert text to images in four seconds, making it "ideal for interactive prototype designs and quick visual sketching," according to Alphabet Inc. Class C. Additionally, the model is cost-effective, priced at only $0.034 per thousand images. Nano Banana 2 Lite is now available on major developer platforms, and regular users can access the model through Search, Gemini application, NotebookLM, Alphabet Inc. Class C Gallery, Stitch, Google Flow, and the AI feature entry within Alphabet Inc. Class C advertisements. Alphabet Inc. Class C further introduced the Gemini Omni Flash model released at the Google I/O developer conference. The tech giant stated that developers can now call this model through the Gemini API in the Alphabet Inc. Class C AI Studio, with video generation output priced at $0.10 per second, the same as Veo 3.1 Fast pricing.
