The loss attributable to owners of the company was reduced to HK$292 million, a decrease of 21.51%, with a loss per share of HK$1.08. The announcement stated that the decrease in loss was mainly due to a reduction in impairment loss on Guangxi mineral assets to approximately HK$267 million (2025: approximately HK$284.8 million); a decrease in provision for other receivables and prepaid expenses to approximately HK$400,000 (2025: approximately HK$16.4 million); and losses from fair value changes in financial assets not recognized in profit or loss and realized losses from the sale of such financial assets (2025: approximately HK$21.9 million).
