The announcement stated that the total revenue decrease of approximately 13.2% was mainly due to the following decreases: a decrease of HK$24.6 million in property leasing, sub-leasing, retail, and other income; and a decrease of HK$21.2 million in machinery leasing and related services. The above decreases were partially offset by the following income growth: an increase of HK$11.4 million in property management income; and an increase of HK$9.9 million in interest income on receivables.
