CHIHO ENV(00976): Sichuan Commerce Hong Kong transfers 15% of its equity to Sichuan Commerce Phoenix

CHIHO ENV (00976) announces that, based on publicly available information, the company has learned that on June 15, 2026, Yu Shang Investment Group (Hong Kong) Limited (Yu Shang Hong Kong) transferred 240,772,843 shares of the company (equivalent to 15% of the company's issued share capital) at zero cost to Yu Shang Phoenix Capital Management Limited (Yu Shang Phoenix). Following this transfer, Yu Shang Hong Kong's shareholding in the company decreased from 978,383,181 shares (approximately 60.95% of the company's issued share capital) to 737,610,338 shares (approximately 45.95% of the company's issued share capital). Both Yu Shang Hong Kong and Yu Shang Phoenix are ultimately beneficially owned by New Jiulong (Chongqing) Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. (New Jiulong), which is in turn 99% owned by Mr. Zhao Mingjun.
